E-Coating Line For Electric Appliance

Electrophoretic coating lines can achieve full coverage of the internal and external body surfaces, including complex internal cavities, box structures and hard-to-reach areas, while other coating methods are often limited to the external surfaces.
Control the thickness and quality of the coating to avoid defects such as running, wrinkling and bubbles, while other coating methods are often affected by factors such as spray guns, air pressure and temperature, which can easily result in uneven or over-thick coatings.
Electrophoretic coating lines can save paint usage and costs because electrophoretic paint is water-soluble and contains no organic solvents, and the electric field force is used to recycle excess paint, whereas other coating methods often result in large amounts of paint mist loss and organic solvent volatilisation.
